Check Packet Loss

How to check whether your internet line got packet loss?

  1. Click Start button and Run. Type CMD and press enter
  2. Inside the Command Prompt window, type ping sip.vo15.com /n 100
  3. It will ping 100 times to our VO15 server to check whether got packet loss or not
  4. After 100 ping, it will show the result of how many packets already been sent and how many are received
